FERC approves Ameren’s Shoreline Boundary Plan


WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approved Ameren Missouri’s request to set the project boundary at 662. Ameren will be allowed by FERC to carve out areas below 662’ for existing dwellings and commercial structures. This boundary amendment results in a total of 28,251 acres of land not needed for project purposes being carved from the project boundary impacting approximately 1,500 structures on Lake of the Ozarks.
